| What is this site about?
This website is part of a
campaign to raise awareness about the importance of biodiversity. As
part of the 2010 International Year of Biodiversity, it hopes to
encourage people in agricultural, business, tourism, and construction
industries, as well as local communities, to take action and to protect
one of our vital natural resources. There is also a special section for
teachers and students who want to find out more and participate.
