| What is the site about?
Responsible for promoting safe use of
the Internet and mobile devices and aimed at teachers, students and parents, Webwise is
co-funded by the European Union Safer Internet Programme and the
Department of Education and Skills.
Its remit is to ensure awareness of the benefits of the
Internet as well as its risks by offering advice, tips, resources,
parent seminars and other key supports at both primary and post primary
level.
