Didgeridoo Sounds

Added: 10 Sep 2014 Contributor: Scoilnet Resource type: Guide/notes

Notes and a video to demonstrate the popular sounds of the Australian musical instrument. While playing Didgeridoo, traditionally Aborigines mimic the sounds of their surroundings. These sounds can be mixed with droning to create rhythms, which is how the Didgeridoo is used as a rhythm wind instrument. The page also includes notes on the history of the didgerdoo and how to play it.
