- Igniting an illegal firework in any place- Up to 10,000 euro fine & 5 years imprisonment.
- Throwing an ignited firework at a person or property - Up to 10, 000 euro fine & 5 years imprisonment.
- Possession of illegal fireworks with intent to sell or supply - Up to 10,000 euro fine & 5 years imprisonment.
