Journey through the Brain
This is resource is provided by the Royal College of Surgeon's Ireland. It is a colouring book that aims to help create a better understanding of the brain and an interest in the science of the brain. It can help promote mental health giving information about the brain and emotion is simple language. The book is available to download for free along with lesson plans.
Why is it Resource of the Week?
This resource was created by the Department of Psychiatry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. The colouring book along with the associate lesson plans can help children to reflect on how they are feeling and relate to why by better understanding what is happening inside their brain. It helps to create an interest in the science of the brain and promote well being in simple language.
