Wendy Gilmore

I graduated from NUI Galway with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology and Postgraduate Diploma in Education and have been teaching leaving certificate biology and junior certificate science in St. Andrew's College, Dublin for the past eight years. I like to keep up to date with the latest advancements in technology for the classroom and from this try to introduce these new concepts such as the flipped classroom to enhance my teaching. I am subject editor of science and biology with Scoilnet hoping to encourage and promote the use of technology in the teaching of science.
