Phases of the Moon Animation - Footprint Science

Added: 06 Oct 2016 Contributor: Scoilnet Resource type: Ionsamhlú

Animation on the phases of the moon. The animation enables viewers to pause, play and stop the animation. Students can visually see the moon orbiting the Earth. The position of the moon can be seen and the appearance seen from Earth can also be viewed. Great animation to encourage students to think deeply about what is happening when we see the moon at particular stages of the phases of the moon.
