Killeens NS

This is a simple blog-based site and while there is nothing extraordinary about the look and feel of the site, it does have all the information one would expect to see on a school website. In addition it is, at the time of review, updated regularly.

The main navigation is across the top and gives links to information about the school under specific tabs. There is a comprehensive listing of school policies downloadable under the Parents Information link. This is important information and will be useful for parents and prospective parents.

The Whole School Events is an unusual tab and includes the school's engagement with Maths week, Friendsheep Week and more recently - Proclamation Day. There are videos here of the pupils reading the proclamation as well as a copy of Killeen NS Proclamation for a New Generation.

Finally, there is an unusual component under the heading LAMH Signs - includes a series a very short videos explaining the basics of sign language. Nice!
