The Wind Energy Ireland is committed to the promotion and education of wind energy issues. With this in mind, Wind Energy Ireland has developed a number of educational resources on the theme of wind energy.

Did you know that the same breeze that dries your clothes and flies your kite also creates electricity to keep the lights on in your home and school? In September 2021 more than 104,000 copies of the attached wind energy education poster will be carried across a number of regional newspapers.
