Times Tables Karaoke Songs

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?li...=PLs7lUfMJFGcHsDm7sh_QmQm0Iifvbz2PW Added: 27 Feb 2019 Contributor: Ann Moran Resource type: Game / Audio / Video / Tool / Primary Source

An excellent teaching tool for helping children to learn the multiplication tables. Once they know these songs they will never forget their times tables! This compilation of original times tables songs comprise a range of musical genres, with each song cleverly written in the rhythm that matches its number (e.g. x6 tables is a jig in 6/8 time, x4 is a rock song with 4 beats per bar and so on..) Each video plays the times table song karaoke style showing the full lyrics, and then repeats the song a second time with the answer lyrics removed for the children to sing in the answers themselves.
