App is free to download. Enables users to use their iPhone/ iPad to find out their heart rate in less than 10 seconds. Students place their finger over their camera and their iPhone will monitor their heart rate which can be observed from the iPhone/ iPad screen.

Suggestions for use: Download prior to lesson for students to access in class. Students can compare the accuracy of their manual heart rate versus the app reading of their heart rate. Compare heart rate after various activities using the app: Students could keep a journal of their heart rate for the week including activities such as after sleeping, running, eating, watching T.V...etc.
