Bisector of a given angle, using only compass and straight edge

This tutorial looks at constructing the bisector of an angle using a compass and straight edge only. This construction is required by all higher and ordinary level students at both Junior and Senior Cycle.

 

Prior Knowledge: Students should know how to use a compass, how to measure an angle with a protractor, how to name angles/types of angles and know the key terms.
