In Odd One Out, pupils observe images and identify which one is the Odd One Out and give a reason why. Junior classes might observe shape, size and colour. Middle classes might consider the materials or smaller features of the toys. Senior classes might consider recyclable materials or design mechanisms. All pupils can engage with Odd One Out activities, effective questioning can support or extend pupil thinking.
