Religious holiday celebrated by some Protestant and Lutheran churches - the same day as All Hallows Eve. The day commemorates the event on October 31st 1517 when Martin Luthor wrote to his bishop with his objections to church practice at the time. His objections became known as The 95 Theses and is often considered to be the start of The Reformation.
