Science Week Begins

Now in its 26th year, Science Week 2021 will take place from November 7th to 14th against a societal backdrop never previously experienced in our lifetime.

Science Week is an annual national celebration of the life-changing and fascinating world of science. The week-long festival highlights how science, technology and engineering are fundamental to everyday life.

In the classroom: You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, there are lots of ideas and tips available on www.scienceweek.ie Whatever you decide to do don’t forget to register it on www.scienceweek.ie so that it can be promoted as part of the national campaign.

  • The Scientix portal is a community for science education throughout Europe. It contains hundreds of STEM resources and could add greatly to your teaching.

Registering for a Scoilnet Account – your first step to contributing and sharing

What you need...

To register for a Scoilnet Account you will need to have a Teaching Council number and a roll number for your school in Ireland.

If you already have a Scoilnet Account then you can sign in here.

The benefits...
