World Environment Day

Friday, 5 June 2020

There are lots of problems facing the world's environment. This is a great day to think about the environment and how we can solve some of the problems. The 2016 theme is the fight against the illegal trade in wildlife.

In the classroom: Take a look at the Irish website Notice Nature and see what improvements could be made to your local environment. What is being done at the moment - could more be done? You don't have to do anything but discuss.
