Proclamation 2016
A dhaoine uaisle go léir,
In ainm Dé agus ar son páistí agus muintir na h-Impire 2016, tugann sé onóir agus glóir dúinn ár bhfógra dár náisiún a chur i láthair. In the name of God and of the deceased generations of Ireland from which we receive our heritage, traditions & flag, as young citizens of Emper and Ireland, we recognise and celebrate with pride our forefathers who have moulded our country, particularly since 1916. We promise to remain sincere, fair, diligent & loyal custodians of our nation for our future and future generations.
We have dreams, wishes and visions for Ireland in 2016. Our collaborative aims, which we will continue to achieve to make Ireland a better country for present & future generations are;
We declare that our Irish Republic is entitled to the allegiance of every Irish national.
We believe that each Irish child has the right to a safe, happy and fulfilled youth.
We pledge that each resident of the Republic of Ireland be entitled to be treated with respect & equality.
We will promote a united & peaceful All-Ireland and world.
We will afford equal opportunities and rights for all citizens; free education and healthcare, enough food and a home.
We believe that our people should not be judged by their lack of money, colour of their skin, ethnic background or religious background.
We will ensure that our government will work to the best of its ability by listening to its public and dealing with their reasonable requests.
We will insist that all citizens respect and obey the law of the country which will have a zero state tolerance of drugs & crime.
We promise that our elderly and infirmed people are entitled to free and appropriate healthcare and company.
We promote freedom of Religious choice and speech to everyone, taking care not to discriminate against others.
We commit that all citizens protect the environment and ensure its safekeeping for future generations.
We pledge to preserve our native language and heritage.
Our hopes and dreams are as real as those back in 1916!
This is our vision for our country and its people.
