Our Generation's Proclamations

Poblacht Na H Eireann
Poblacht na hÉireann To the people of Ireland In memory of The Late Irish Leaders of 1916

We the pupils of Ballindangan N.S, Ballindangan, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork in the year of 2016, declare this to be our proclamation for the future of our country.

We believe that everybody has a right to a home and food. We will strive to help the homeless and to help those in need.

We wish to live in a clean environment. We will always strive to do our best to care for our locality and to keep recycling, reducing waste and energy.

We hope that every child will be brought up in a healthy and happy family with love and respect.

We believe that everybody should be treated equally regardless of their religious beliefs, culture and language.

We wish that everybody will live in peaceful surroundings with respect for one another.

We strive to protect and grow our native language and culture by speaking ‘As Gaeilge’ and continuing to engage in our traditions.

We call for an equal access to education for all children and to include free 3rd level education. Schools should be given extra resources to encourage and help all pupils.

We are a small country and we should be extremely proud.

Go dtuga Dia solas, sláinte agus sonas do mhuintir na hÉireann.
