Why is it Resource of the Week?

  • The FÍS Film Festival is being held on the 6th November this year. It celebrates and showcases shortlisted films from primary schools all over Ireland. 
  • It features an insightful Teacher's Diary that focuses on the process of making a film.
  • The film archive is an excellent collection of films created by children.
  • It inlcudes a documentary called Behind the Scenes which is enaging. 
  • classroom resource pack for teachers is offered as a support to using film in the classroom.
  • Details and a useful FAQ on how to submit a film is presented.

Registering for a Scoilnet Account – your first step to contributing and sharing

What you need...

To register for a Scoilnet Account you will need to have a Teaching Council number and a roll number for your school in Ireland.

If you already have a Scoilnet Account then you can sign in here.

The benefits...
