Family Day is on Sunday 18 May

A free Family Day Festival is taking place in the Iveagh Gardens, Dublin 2 this Sunday.

Family Day is celebrated at a day-long festival in Dublin’s beautiful Iveagh Gardens and throughout Ireland with lots of smaller activities. In 2014, Family Day takes place on Sunday 18 May with events in the Iveagh Gardens from 11am to 5pm. The programme offers entertainment, fun activities and useful information for all types of families and for the young and old. Come along, join in the fun and celebrate your family in this year of the 20th anniversary of UN International Year of the Family!

Entry and all activities are, and always will be, free of charge. You can bring your own picnic and there will be food vendors on site if you wish to purchase food or drinks.
