Pupil against the landfill? Who will win? Pupils sort the rubbish quickly before it goes into the main trash-can and into the landfill. There is an Easy, Medium, Hard and Training level to choose from.

Content objective: This resource should enable a child to:
- recognise and investigate human activities which have positive or adverse effects on local and wider environments
Suggestions for use: Nice Plenary activity to the lesson whereby students can play the recycle game to sort the rubbish before the rubbish enters the trash can. Could be used as a timer! Set pupils in groups to present their findings/ discussions to the class. Pupils must stop presenting when the landfill reaches 6 items.
