Included on this resource is a set of support materials for the five strands of the physical education curriculum for primary schools. The materials have been designed to complement this curriculum and to assist primary teachers in its implementation. Strands include: Aquatics, athletics, dance, games, gymnastics, outdoor and adventures. Within each strand, you can differentiate based on class and lessons. Challenges and tips are provided throughout. Warm up and cool down bank of activities available also.
