An online presentation to introducing students to Lab equipment and their functions. The presentation illustrates the images of the equipment along with written descriptions which can be easily seen from a board display. At the end of the introduction, students must complete a matching exercise by ,matching the name of the science lab equipment to their images. The quiz is automatically assessed and student receive instant quantitative feedback.

Suggestions for use: Resource could be used as a teacher presentation by projecting onto the whiteboard as the writing is visual for board display purposes. Alternatively, the teacher could print out the slides (Set tablets at stations with different slide for each station), the physical equipment can be placed beside the notes so that students can feel, handle and use some of the lab equipment. Students should individually complete the matching exercise with teacher walking around checking student progress on matching exercise.
