This short book in Book Creator format, shows how to share scrolling sheet music and sound-files from any device, to any other device, using the free notation program, 'Musescore'. The ability to use 'Musescore' on a range of devices enables and encourages students to practise at home. Students can rehearse in their own time and at their own pace. Their practice can now be supported with accompaniments. This resource was first shown at the PDST Music Spring series in 2021.
Strand: Performing
Suggestions for use: This Book Creator book explains how Music files can be sent easily from one phone to another phone, so that students can practise at home using their mobiles. This is very relevant for students who need access to accompaniments before their practical exams. The accompanying explanatory video (also on Scoilnet) has a voice-over by the author.
