Hollypark BNS
Blackrock, Co. Dublin

Congratulations to St Patrick's B.N.S. of Hollypark, Blackrock, Dublin for winning Scoilnet's Star Site award!

St Patrick's BNS website is very well maintained and easy to navigate. There is good use of colour and visitors to the site are greeted with a photo slider highlighting the various activities that occur in the school. At the top of the homepage, there is a very convenient link to the school calendar and the weekly newsletter. A very nice feature which is positioned next to these links is Monthly Focus. It contains a picture of the words Manners, Courtesy and Respect. The navigation bar at the top of the homepage contains links to sections such as Our School, Sports, Gallery and Contact. There is also a very informative FAQ section which answer most common questions parents may have about the school.

Each class in Hollypark BNS is given its own dedicated section on the website. This allows each class to showcase their hard work and activities such a visit from the Dog's Trust, School Parade and school trips. Many of the class pages contain slideshows of various outings and activities. The Sports section of the website highlights the many sports that are played in St Patrick's BNS such as Hurling & Football, Tennis, Cricket, Basketball, Mini-Olympic Handball and Golf. The school's website also contains an extensive parent's section which has information on the Parent's Association, internet safety and news.

St Patrick's BNS Hollypark's website is well maintained and kept up to date and reflects the pride that the pupils, teachers and parents take in the school. Congratulation on winning Scoilnet's Star Site award!
