The Luas came to Tallaght in 2004. Before the arrival of the Luas it had been 72 years since the last tram passed through the area. The Tallaght Luas stop is located beside The Square shopping centre. This is great for people living in Tallaght as they can travel easily to Dublin city centre or stop off at many places along the way.
