At any time of the school year, it is important to focus on wellbeing in and out of the classroom.

With that in mind, we have compiled a collection of resources, videos and activities to promote wellbeing in your school, to cater for all age groups from Junior Infants to the Staff Room.

This booklet contains lovely activities to help look after your child's well-being. The activities are most suited for children aged 8 to 12, but they can be adapted for younger children. Topics include positivity, gratitude, kindness, bravery, creativity and self-kindness, as well as activities based on dealing with worries and coping with change. There is a link to some mindfulness scripts and guided meditations contained in the note to parents in the second page of the booklet. There is also a link on this page to a website offering ideas on how to support your child with worries.
