Trócaire is an agency of the Irish Catholic Church. It envisages a just and peaceful world. They support people regardless of culture, ethnicity, gender or religion. For almost 50 years Trócaire has put the compassion of Irish people into life-changing support for some of the world’s poorest people.
Trócaire is the Irish language word for “compassion”.
