Content objective:
This resource should enable a child to:

  • walk or jog in a non-competitive setting for periods extending from 30 seconds to two minutes

Suggestions for use: Use as a brain break or transition between subjects. Alternatively, use as a warm-up before a lesson in Athletics or as a lesson conlcusion. This might also involve a class discussion and a self assessment relating to techniques and skills acquired.
