Suggestions for use: Extension 1: Children will figure out how to write their birthday in numerals and create a display using lollipop sticks. Finished pieces will be displayed or swapped. Children will decipher the date then try to find the classmate. Extension 2: Children are given a secret code where each Roman numeral links to a letter of the alphabet.
