Irish Folklore - Saint Brigid

Added: 10 Jan 2017 Contributor: Emer Ní Chéidigh Resource type: Guide/notes

Here you will find the story of Saint Brigid. There are details of two miracles she preformed, Rathbride and 'the wart-stone' and Loughminane or Loch Leamnachta. It could be nice to use these stories to celebrate St Brigid's day rather than the cloak story which your class may have learned in previous years.
