This resource contains links to four different questionnaires about choosing a dog that suits the students lifestyle and home. After completing the online questionnaires, students will be presented with a picture of their most suited dog. Students can print the picture out and stick the picture into their dog passport PDF document. If students have literacy issues perhaps read the questions and use PECS to Help the student answer the Qs or write in their verbal answers for them.

Suggestions for use: I have selected four websites all have questionnaires to help you choose a dog breed most suited to your lifestyle. links to numeracy - data H1 H4 H6. First you do the online quiz and then you find out which dog suits and finally you print off a picture to be put onto your dog passport PDF document. If students have literacy issues perhaps read the questions and use PECS to Help the student answer the Qs or write in their verbal answers for them. Or write the answer and get them to stick this onto the line.

Suggestions for use: H1 H4 H6 looking at the questions in the quiz on the final WS, you selected the dog based on the data options in the online quiz. The student writes down 3 considerations when choosing the dog.
