This resource contains links to four different questionnaires about choosing a dog that suits the students lifestyle and home. After completing the online questionnaires, students will be presented with a picture of their most suited dog. Students can print the picture out and stick the picture into their dog passport PDF document. If students have literacy issues perhaps read the questions and use PECS to Help the student answer the Qs or write in their verbal answers for them.
