This is a roleplay lesson. There is a video of a 999 or 112 call. The teacher must adapt it slightly and suggest how it can apply to an emergency with a dog. They can then look at the different cards and follow the instructions on the PDF to roleplay the scenario. In the roleplay, one student is the operator and the other student is the person calling. The cards act as prompts during the roleplay.

Suggestions for use: A roleplay can also be used as part of the CBA for the short course. It can be practiced until the student is confident to do the presentation infront of the teacher.
