Added: 07 Mar 2022 Contributor: PDST Resource type: Activity

Throwing teabags develops the skill of predicting as well as observation, estimating and measuring and communicating and expressing. Pupils are given opportunities to improve these skills through the content of the measures and materials strands. There are also opportunities for integration with P.E. This activity has been adapted from the activity Beanbag Throw, which can be found on p48 of the PDST Measures Handbook for Teachers, available at https://www.pdst.ie/sites/default/files/MeasuresManual.pdf
