Students develop an awareness of the personal and social implications of Ecstasy/ Cocaine/Heroin/ Solvent abuse on the life of the young person; know where to access information in seeking advice and making informed decisions; discuss and decide on possible solutions of scenarios given in class and create a cover for Self-Help Leaflet creating awareness of drug abuse and where to find help.

Suggestions for use: Presentation should be used in conjunction with the worksheet of the same name and take place across two classes; these resources help students develop an awareness of the personal and social implications of Ecstasy/ Cocaine/Heroin/ Solvent abuse on the life of the young person; know where to access information in seeking advice and making informed decisions; discuss and decide on possible solutions of scenarios given in class and create a cover for Self-Help Leaflet creating awareness of drug abuse and where to find help. *Possible use of Jigsaw method in order to research different topics and share with class.
