Use this bingo activity at the end of the first day back at school.

Call out some of the squares at random and the first person to get 5-in-a-row shouts "Bingo!".

This can be simplified by telling the children what each square says and having them cross out the ones applicable to them.

Allow your pupils some time to reflect on their summer holidays, the activities they took part in, the people they spent time with, and their favourite moments.

Individualised social stories for students to assist the transition back to school after the summer break.

Read the scenarios and decide which children are following the classroom rules.

Allow your pupils some time to reflect on their summer holidays, the activities they took part in, the people they spent time with, and their favourite moments.

A resource to support students to think about and plan for returning to school.

Display this poster in your classroom and discuss the reasons for each rule. An important activity for the first day back!

An easier template for younger classes to draw and write about their favourite moments during the summer holidays.

An activity to get to know your new pupils interests and likes. Requires registration.
